Lugano City of Taste is a great popular celebration that involves many excellences from the Ticino territory and beyond, an ideal dining table where there is room for all, from children to students, from families to gourmets and gourmands, and where all may enjoy a healthy and sustainable food culture.
The city and the surrounding district will be the stage for various appointments promoting conviviality, food, culture, art, music and photography. Every year, the
Week of Taste chooses a city as the national capital of food and wine culture, and for 2018, from 13 to 23 September, the choice fell to Lugano. Markets, tastings, encounters, workshops and show-cooking performances will bring the city to life with a thousand facets of taste, in a journey leading to the discovery of the three main locations: the
Villaggio del Gusto, the
Villa del Gusto and the
Palazzo del Gusto.
